Hi Valet operates Monday to Saturday, 9:00PM to 5:00AM (closed Sundays). Last booking is at 4:00AM. Bookings outside our operating hours may be priced differently at our discretion.

Our packages are islandwide: Standard $58 on weeknights (Mon–Thu) or $68 on weekends (Fri–Sat), Standard Care $88 or $98, and Supercar Care $188 flat. Standard adds $10 per extra drop-off; Standard Care and Supercar Care include free drop-offs (up to 4 drops). Your fare is always confirmed on WhatsApp before a driver is dispatched.
Yes. Advance booking is recommended for weekends, public holiday eves, and major events.
Cancel early and there's no charge. A $10 fee applies if you cancel within 15 minutes of your booking time, and a $30 fee if you cancel after the driver has arrived at your pickup location.

Yes. On the Standard package, extra drop-offs are $10 each. Standard Care and Supercar Care include free drop-offs (up to 4 drops) — no extra charge. Note: extra stops are for dropping off people in your group, not picking up new passengers.
We'll advise you on the next best available timing. We'd rather be upfront than promise a time we can't keep.
Neither. A taxi or chauffeur service arrives in its own vehicle; Hi Valet sends a sober driver to your location to drive you home in your own car — so you get home safely and your car does too, in one trip.
Hi Valet serves all of Singapore. A sober driver meets you wherever you are and drives you home in your own car, anywhere on the island, at the same flat fare. Open Monday to Saturday, 9PM to 5AM.
